When registering be sure to schedule your choice of one (1) Keynote for each day that you are attending, and two (2) breakout sessions for a total of 5 hours of PD each day. Coffee, water, morning snacks and lunch are included!!!

An Overview of Childhood Anxiety Disorders in School Settings: Etiology, Assessment, and Intervention Strategies

This workshop will improve participant's understanding of social, psychological and neurophysiological causes of anxiety disorders in children and adolescents; provide a quick review of basic brain systems involved in anxiety modulation; discuss early warning signs of moderate to severe anxiety, and discuss broader based school intervention strategies for anxiety. Discussion and case examples from participants is encouraged.
